Rotational Resistance.

Train balanced rotational power.
Measure how it’s produced.

Built to challenge stability across every plane of movement, with real-time analytics that expose asymmetry in force, power and position.

Applications
Rehabilitation Track asymmetry and coordination during recovery, not just strength.
Performance Training Develop power and control under multi-directional load.
Return to Play Catch compensation patterns before they become re-injury.
The Problem

The hardest thing to train isn’t strength.

It’s Coordination.

Traditional tools train the parts, but performance is built on the connection between them. We’re targeting that directly.

Rotational Stability + Dynamic Resistance

When you stop, so does the risk. The principle that helped make rowing a staple in modern training, now extended to full-body rotations.

The Kayak — 3D motion capture and analytics
The Platform

Integration over isolation.

Resistance that moves with you, not against you.

A two-axis drivetrain delivers balanced resistance across all three planes of motion. No fixed path, no weight stacks, the only demands are symmetry and rotational stability.

The Kayak challenges the core and shoulder complex to coordinate their effort across the entire kinetic chain, while our software maps these patterns in high resolution. Delivered in a compact footprint suitable for home or gym use.

Multi-Planar Engagement

Train connection,
not contraction.

Core and shoulder stability: the linchpins of performance.

The Kayak trains contralateral reciprocation, the cross-body push-and-pull pattern that underpins powerful movement from swimming to sprinting. It challenges the trunk to stabilise through dynamic rotation, reducing energy leaks between the hips and shoulders.

Every stroke loads the entire upper body as a single, connected system. The Kayak captures that movement in meticulous detail, helping you identify where coordination and force transfer begin to break down.

The Data Layer

Objective Data from every angle

See what other systems miss.

From controlled clinical rehab to max-effort ballistic movements, nothing is hidden. Map movement pathways, track real-time deviations, and turn human performance into actionable decisions.

What it enables

Four capabilities.
One system.

01

Multi-Planar Resistance

Balanced contralateral resistance that works the chest, back, core and shoulder complex as one system across all three planes.

02

Change-of-Direction Phase Tracking

Deceleration, reorientation and re-acceleration captured as distinct phases, not aggregate output.

03

Asymmetry Profiling

Directional bias and side-to-side differences tracked across sessions, giving objective ground for load and progression decisions.

04

Session-to-Session Progression

Watch movement quality improve, plateau or compensate across a full programme.

Where we are.

The core system is working. Resistance behaves as intended. Movement data is captured and processed in real time.

The Kayak is not yet commercially ready. What exists today demonstrates the mechanism and the path forward.

We’re refining the platform with a small number of clinicians and performance professionals in real-world settings.

For investors, this is a working mechanism with a defined development pathway, in a space that lacks a unified solution.

Shape what comes next.

We’re looking for a small number of partners who want early access and a hand in defining how movement is measured.

If that’s you, get in touch.
